I have been licensed in Real Estate since December 1983. Over the years, I sold many new and resale residential homes along with a few commercial transactions. I was the broker/owner of a family real estate business from 2005 – 2013. Today I am an associate broker license in Maryland. From 2016 -2018 , I served as a Member of the Board of Director for the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors. I also served for a number of years as the Education Committee Chair at the same Board. Since 2004, I have been privileged to teach both pre-licensing for salespersons and pre-likening for brokers along with thousands of Maryland Continuing Education (CE) classes. Teaching and Training is one of my life long passions. The greatest compliment any agent gives me is that I am able to Teach, Entertain and Motivate them in the CE class. I love helping real estate agents both “survive” and “thrive” in this challenging yet rewarding real estate business.
