Cheryl has lived in the Annapolis/Anne Arundel County area her entire life. She has local knowledge and expertise throughout the county as well as neighboring counties. Cheryl grew up as a local builder’s daughter and had her first taste of real estate. Her father had an established custom home building business in Anne Arundel County and after his passing; she managed several of the family’s rental properties.

Prior to joining Blackwell Real Estate, Cheryl held several merchandising positions with Macy’s as well as other retailers. Cheryl also worked with Airtime Wireless as their Accessory Manager and Special Events Coordinator in Baltimore and Southern Maryland. With her eye for design and home staging designation, Cheryl helps sellers showcase the beauty and special features of their homes. She understands what buyers like and need in a home and works with sellers to transform their homes into showplaces.

Cheryl is a mother to two wonderful college-age girls, a dog-mom to sweet Kasey, her golden doodle, and a devoted friend to a wonderful network of friends and professionals in the area. In her downtime, you can find Cheryl walking Kasey, on the tennis court, or biking the backroads of the county with her friends.
