Denise Hinkleman

Denise was born and raised in Severna Park, MD and has lived in the Anne Arundel County area all of her life. Growing up and living in the Chesapeake Bay area has given her a deep connection and love for her hometown.

Denise attended UMBC pursuing a degree in psychology. After college she went into a sales career. Her success was established through her acute skills of perseverance, negotiation, and communication. A focused listener, able advisor and fierce yet fair advocate, Denise is known for her intuition and diligence while employing encouragement and genuine concern as she creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. Her business approach is direct and successful; she listens to her clients’ needs and matches them to the right property then ensures an honest and efficient transaction.

Denise’s mantra, to be in touch and stay in touch, is the key to her long-term relationships with her clients.

In her free time Denise enjoys spending time with her three daughters. She also enjoys boating, gardening, cooking, running, and is an avid health enthusiast.
