Charlotte McDowell

Charlotte A McDowell is a native of Hampton, Virginia (Hampton Roads area), and has lived in Maryland for 15 years. Charlotte earned her MBA in project management from American InterContinental University, IL, and currently works as a contract specialist as a DoD contractor.
Prior to settling down in MD, Charlotte has lived in three counties and three cities, so she is more familiar with MD than some of the natives that are from here.

Charlotte strongly believes in learning and strives to educate her clients so they can make the best decisions. She recognizes and values the trust they place in her and is driven every day to exceed their expectations in being their REALTOR.

In her off time, Charlotte can be found spending time with family and friends. She also enrolled in an educational program completing her certification in negotiation, and is a member of Zonta International, where she aims to advance the status of women on an international scale.
