Old Line Market 

Apr 24-26 | 19130 Jerusalem Rd., Poolesville, MD

For vintage and artisan garden and home goods, check out Aix la Chapelle Farm’s annual Old Line Market. More than 60 vendors will display their goods, and food and drinks will be available for purchase. Tickets, which are good for all days, cost $20 for adults and are free for kids 17 and younger.

Taste of Burtonsville 

Apr 25 | 14906 Old Columbia Pike, Burtonsville, MD

In its first year, Taste of Burtonsville highlights the culinary scene of the eastern area of Montgomery County through 10 restaurants with national and international cuisines. There will be kids activities and live saxophone music. Tickets cost $25 in advance, $30 at the door and are free for age 11 and younger. 

Georgetown French Market

Georgetown turns into a lively French market with sidewalk sales, live entertainment, and European eats. Enjoy stilt-walkers, jazz bands, and more along Wisconsin Avenue at this free, three-day open-air event.

DC Chocolate Festival

Apr 24-25 | Embassy of France, Washington, DC

Satisfy your sweet tooth with chocolate tastings and cocoa-making workshops. The event brings 30+ chocolate vendors from the Mid-Atlantic & beyond, where participants can learn how to make chocolate at guided micro workshops & listen to chocolatiers discuss an array of treats.

No Ordinary Heist

Based on a true story, this gripping crime thriller recreates the infamous 2004 Northern Bank robbery, one of the largest cash heists in UK and Irish history. On December 19th, Richard Murphy, a white-collar bank manager, and Barry McKenna, a working-class supervisor, are taken hostage alongside Richard’s wife and Barry’s mother. Their captors issue a chilling ultimatum: empty the bank’s vaults or their loved ones will be killed. Longtime workplace rivals divided by class, resentment, and mistrust, Richard and Barry are forced underground into the vaults to carry out the robbery. BALTIMORE ORIOLES HOME GAMES

On Friday, at 7:05 pm ET, a three-game series featuring the Baltimore Orioles and the Boston Red Sox will get underway.

 

The Orioles have won nine of the 15 games they were the moneyline favorite this season (60%). Baltimore has entered the game as underdogs 10 times this season and won three of those games.
